  Staff were friendly & welcoming, room was well sized & clean. bed sheets could do with a touch of fabric softener & the pillows need replacing. distinct lack of power sockets, our room only had 1.

  Très bien situé pour découvrir marseille à pied. prestations tout à fait satisfaisantes: accueil, quartier calme, propreté... pour un prix très raisonnable.

  Bereits der rezeption vorgeschlagen: reparatur der balkontür. da sie im unteren bereich abstehend war und ständig luft von außen hereinkam, lief die klimaanlage fast non-stop und die dadurch entstehenden geräusche waren etwas hinderlich beim einschlafen. ungewohnt war für mich auch, dass der bereich für die kleidung aus regalen bestand und nicht aus einem schrank mit türen. das frühstück war wohl typisch französisch, d.h. es wurde fast nur süßes angeboten. da ich jedoch obst und salat liebe, habe ich nach 1 frühstück den rest wieder abbestellt. seltene erfahrung: das zimmermädchen wollte kein trinkgeld annehmen. der auf dem kopfkissen hinterlegte euro blieb unberührt. auch als ich am nächsten morgen auf einem zettel dazuschrieb: "c'est à vous - un merci" wurde der zettel samt euro ins regal gelegt. vielleicht gibt es ja strenge anweisungen?

  Difficulté rencontrée pour l'utilisation de l'accès wifi : fonctionnalités correcte en internet et réception mais impossible d'envoyer un e-mail (mail restant bloqués avec message d'anomalie).

  J'avais réservé par internet 1 chambre 3 lits qui m'avait d'ailleurs été confirmé par mail le 18/05 et en arrivant l'hotesse m'a dit que ma chambre avait été annulé en avril. par chance il restait une chambre à 2 lits . pas d'excuse rien, je trouve cela un peu léger ...

  Très bon séjour (2e fois que nous y allons), hôtel très propre, je recommande!

  Rien à redire: j'ai passé 4 nuits dans cet hotel,très bien situé en plein centre ville, facile d'accès depuis la gare, très bon accueil, pas de bruit la nuit, chambre propre et petit dej extra. je le recommande sans hesitation.

  Mon souhait émis lors de ma réservation en ligne a bien été pris en compte et je vous remercie. par contre, la chambre n'est pas insonorisée et on entend les conversations dans la chambre voisine, c'est un inconvénient

  Chambre mériterai d'avoir une armoire pour les habits au lieu d'une simple tringle. petit déjeuner "bob" pour son prix;4euros 80
