  La dimension de la chambre était excellente compte tenu qu'il s'agissait d'une chambre dite deluxe.

  We were delighted with the room. huge and beautifully decorated. the service was kind and efficient. the one thing about the room that we weren't thrilled with was the black mold in the enclosed part of the shower and on the floor outside the tub. i fully understand how the moisture can be hard to handle right next to the sea, but i can't imagine how someone who cleans the room every single day could miss it. the vieux port is in a great location, but the block around this hotel is a bit seedy and very dark at night. so maybe the hotel could put some more lights outside, or some nice planters to begin to spiff it up a bit. in any case, we would certainly recommend this hotel, particularly at off-season prices.

  Ok, just small things for the hotel. a hair on the wall in the bathrrom and a dead mosquito on the wall in the bedroom. breakfast was good, but the egg was from powder and dry plus tasteless. staff very good and very friendly, i would recommend and go back.

  We found this hotel delivered what was promised. the staff were very friendly, the room and bathroom were a good size and the only drawback was the noise from the early morning street cleaner.

  Excellent overall, but parking places in front of hotel for loading/unloading luggage were always full. this meant we had to park in a parkade a distance away and carry our luggage there.

  Honestly, this is in a superb location, we had the terrace view of the fireworks on the 14th july and it must have been one of the best places to be that night. the staff were great and i cannot speak highly enough of the hotel - we loved it!

  Very nice hotel! we were upgrated to a bigger room with a balcony view on the water of the old port of marseilles.

  Hôtel très original avec beaucoup de recherche dans la décoration des chambres. la qualité de l'accueil est excellente, le personnel est très avenant et serviable. la propreté des chambres et des communs est irréprochable. les chambres sont également très spacieuses. nous recommandons vraiment cet hôtel.

  Pour le new hotel vieux port , marseille , non seulement nous avons apprecie l'hotel, mais mon epouse ayant eu des problemes pendant le sejour , toute l equipe de l accueil a fait son possible pour nous rendre le sourire ; merci mille fois pour sa competence et sa gentillesse
